The Doubletree by Hilton Cape Cod Hyannis is seeking qualified individuals to join the Front Desk team at our full service, upscale property. We are searching for candidates who will bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive attitude to the position. Hotel front desk experience preferred, but not required.
Guest Service Agents duties and responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned) -assure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction -respond to all guest requests, offer information, personalized assistance and assure satisfactory outcome -be able to answer the telephone and speak clearly and professionally -process guest reservations, registrations, payments, and departures -maintain and organize work area, lobby and Front Desk area daily -communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs -must be a "people person" with a happy demeanor.
Shift: Days, Nights, Weekends (flexibility required - schedule will vary)
