Groundskeeper/Landscaper
MAJOR GOALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties. Under the direct supervision of the. Community Manager, Service Manager or assigned supervisor, they are responsible for:
- Assisting in the achievement of the Community's annual budget plan
- Some maintenance functions
- Physical condition of the Community
- Upholding all Company policies, goals and the Company values.
ESSENTIAL ACTIVITES:
- Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner.
- Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas.
- Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas
- Care of assigned landscaping duties including pruning bushes, installing mulch, plant flowers, manage tree limb growth
- Participate in an ongoing improvement plan.
- Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality Customer satisfaction.
- All other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Customers, prospects, residents, vendors, contractors, and on-site Associates.

PREREQUISITE (i.e. education, experience):
- General knowledge of grounds and landscape maintenance.
- Previous grounds/landscape experience.
- Ability to work with necessary tools and equipment needed to perform duties.
- Ability to work in outside temperatures for extended periods of time.
- High School preferred but not required.
