What you will be doing everyday!
Responsible for hands-on design of high visual impact projects to aid in the marketing of Davidson’s hotels, restaurants and leisure venues as well as the marketing of the Davidson Hospitality Group employer brand. The person in this role works with stakeholders at hotels, restaurants and within the corporate office, at various levels, to create graphic design projects suitable for social media, print, website and a variety of other media.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, self-sufficient, has exceptional project management skills and is passionate about design. The person in this role must also be able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and efficiently while remaining poised and friendly.
What will enhance your success in this role!
- Collaborate with team members to design flyers, posters, signage and other miscellaneous print and digital collateral for hotels, restaurants and the corporate office.
- Design digital graphics for web properties, display advertising and email promotions.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to support marketing efforts.
- Design various conference materials including logos, style guides, PowerPoints and swag for Davidson’s annual General Manager conference.
- Proofread copy in order to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to stakeholders.
- Amend submitted designs per internal clients’ comments until receiving final approval.
- Ensure that all assignments are delivered on-time and within scope.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Interact with external clients.
- Travel as needed.
