Your primary responsibility will be to review and process applications to determine funding commitments based on E-Rate program guidelines. Position is fully on-site.Pay rate: $15/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Review applications submitted by schools and/or libraries for discounts on internet access, basic maintenance, and equipment received
- Communicate with applicants and stakeholders to obtain required documentation to process applications
- Utilize E-Rate procedures to process applications according to program rules and guidelines
- Escalate issues and questions related to program documents to appropriate staff when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of college preferred
- Computer proficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
