Go-Kart Attendant

Scene 75 Go-Kart Attendants are responsible for all Go-Kart track operations as well as ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are consistently upheld.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain working knowledge of the course including requirements for overall safety of the structure, elements and harnessing, and proper use by visitors

· Enthusiastically brief guests on safety rules before entering the track

· Ensure children are the appropriate height and age for course

· Exceptional guest service skills and a desire to implement the company's core values to exceed guests expectations every time

· Responsible for controlling all racing events from the central control station. This includes running the computer systems. Speed control/emergency shutdown systems and any centrally controlled signaling systems

· Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned

· Appropriately disciplining the employees using our handbook disciplinary actions guidelines

· Providing feedback regarding technical issues, improvements, or safety concerns to Go-Kart technicians and management

· Training the staff on each position within Go-Karts

Job Qualifications:

· Show the ability to problem solve and complete tasks correctly and on time

· Previous Go-Kart experience is preferred but not required

· Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

· Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position
