Compensation & Benefits:
$19.80+ per hour starting pay, paid weekly

Job Summary
- Responsible for knowing all jobs in make-up and wrap.
- Responsible for performing quality checks when necessary.
- Maintain bakery and all work areas in sanitary condition.
- Visually inspect equipment for sanitary conditions prior to starting.
- Check dough schedule for production run information.
- Check posted standards for proper set-up, bake times and temperatures for the variety that you will be running.
- Set-up area with pans.
- Put catch pans in place.
- Check depanner and set according to posted standards.
- Set-up pan stacker and unstacker according to posted standards.
- Invert top pan on stacks of pans that are not in use.
- Responsible for the re-wrapping products.
- Keep the area clean - emptying catch pans as needed throughout shift.
- Empty waste dough, baked rejects, and floor sweepings into proper waste containers. Weigh and record weight on scrap sheet and empty into the waste compactor.
- Sweep floor in area and adjoining area, under depanner and cooler as needed.
- Keep waste dough and baked rejects in the proper containers.
- Dust and scrape off belts with a proper colored brush during variety changes and as needed.
- Communicate with wrap operator to include end of varieties, pan counts, shift breaks, pan changes and line jams
- Responsible for maintaining good safety practices at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping in the work area.
- Responsible for following all GMP’s.
- Responsible for cleaning oven room- including seeder
- Responsible for cleaning the pan cleaner
Specific Responsibilities Relating to Food Safety, Legality, and Quality
- Ensures that all the jobs that are relieved are done properly.
- Properly reads, comprehends, and completes required forms
- Reports and takes necessary action to prevent food safety, legality, and quality problems from occurring.
- Follows and enforces programs and procedures outlined in the Food Safety and Quality Manual to support compliance with the GFSI Standard and other third-party audits
Abilities Required
Have the ability to perform all jobs in Muffin and/or Bun make-up.
Able to lift 50 pounds. Able to stand for 8 hours a day. Able to communicate with other employees. Able to follow written and verbal instructions in a timely manner.
