Overview
Dartmouth Cancer Center is one of only 53 NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers and the only one north of Boston and east of Buffalo. DCC is committed to providing access to research-based, high-quality care, advanced technologies, and clinical trials for patients throughout northern New England. Its research, clinical care, and training are integrated at the Cancer Center with priority on translation of innovation, interdisciplinary care, team science, and career development.
We work in a collaborative environment where treatments are developed for patients in coordination with local health care facilities or Dartmouth Cancer Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, and in conjunction with the referring physician, patient, and family.
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Dartmouth Cancer Center in Nashua, NH. This person will work with medical oncology/hematology patients. This is a full-time position with 32 clinical hours and 8 admin hours per week.
Who we are seeking:
  • An experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant with experience in oncology or a new graduate with experience as an oncology RN.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a generalist role with a wide variety of cancer patients in a community setting.
  • An active learner with an interest in teaching, education, and research. An academic appointment at the level of Instructor will be awarded at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College.
APRN Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
  • Board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
  • Eligible for APRN licensure in the State of New Hampshire and the State of Vermont.
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.
Physician Assistant Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • NCCPA certification.
  • Eligible for PA license in the State of New Hampshire and State of Vermont.
  • Eligible for federal DEA registration.
