What you will do every day..
This is the opportunity of a lifetime to join Davidson Hospitality Group as the General Manager for the Snowpine Lodge! This experienced General Manager will oversees the entire hotel operation and profitability for the hotel, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President. You will have the ability to develop relationships with owners and ensure the hotels achieve excellent guest satisfaction as well as be a part of continuing to develop the leadership team. We will look to you to proactively create & implement strategies to enhance the profitability and revenue generation of the hotel. Your detailed knowledge of all hotel operations, sales & marketing, and finance is essential for success as well as you positive hotel leadership and managerial skills.



What will enhance your success in this role..
  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience as GM in full service
  • Strong full service General Manager experience with Food & Beverage knowledge as well as rooms
  • Demonstrates creativity in programming and guest engagement.
  • Experience in crafting the guest journey and developing property narrative.
  • Inspires and trains an elevated level of service in our team.
  • Experience managing multiple F&B outlets and managing oversite of culinary best in class outlets.
  • Demonstrates capacity for high level of community engagement.
  • Ability to manage and lead each department independently within a diverse workforce
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data into an operational plan
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with your team, Davidson and ownership
