Must be able drive results in the area of Top line sales, food cost and labor cost. Must be able to recruit, hire and develop a winning team. Must be able to learn all policies and procedures and exemplify those on a daily basis. Must be willing to put in front end effort and sacrifice needed to deliver results daily.
