General Manager Job Description

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations.

· Design strategy and set goals for growth.

· Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.

· Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.

· Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.

· Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.

· Prepare regular reports for upper management.

· Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.

· Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).

· Due to the needs of the company and customer, you may/will perform other position duties as designated by management.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.

· Experience in planning and budgeting.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and an enthusiasm for the powersports industry.

· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

· Problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Three years of experience as a General Manager.

· One year of experience in the powersports industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Dealership: 2 years (Required)
• General Manger: 2 years (Required)

• Automotive Sales Agents: 2 years (Preferred)
