This position requires a candidate who can actively operate and manage this facility in regards to all day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee development and retainment, diligent preparation of market plans, go-to-market strategies and aggressively achieving sales goals and market share growth.

* Detailed compensation package will be based on experience, industry knowledge and personal motivation which will all be discussed at an in-person interview.

Responsibilities include:

* Oversee all operational areas of the facility including sales, customer relations, and logistics (both inbound and outbound).

* Promote, cultivate, and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and energetic work environment.

* Maintain detailed administrative records, inventory levels, and an efficient on-site storage and product flow.

* Ensure procedures, employee recruitment, and training that delivers excellent customer service that exceeds all industry and competitive standards.

* Ensure adherence to all safety and industry regulations and laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
