The Hotel Manager is responsible to manage property operations on a day to day basis. This includes coordinating, directing and managing staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional and friendly service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Brand goals.

· Participates and monitors monthly inventory of supplies and equipment. Ensures purchases made are within budget and by approved vendors.

· Promotes 100% guest satisfaction throughout property. Instills the 100% guest satisfaction objective to all associates.

· Ensures that all guest related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company’s goals and objectives

· Selects, trains and directs department supervisors and other associates as necessary keeping them well versed in all policies and procedures.

· Monitors performance, develops and guides associates in career paths.

· Take initiative to offer assistance or answer questions throughout the hotel.

· Support team members to ensure the team’s entire workload is competed daily.

· Coordinates both inside and outside sales through training with staff and maintaining contact with current and prospective business partners.

· Responsible for daily revenue and rate strategy management.

· Provides other relief or back-up duties as needed at the hotel including front desk coverage, housekeeping and other duties to ensure the optimum operation of the property.

Excellent verbal and written communication, telephone and presentation skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-pace, high energy and demanding work environment.

· Knowledge of MS Office and computer literate.

· Excellent guest relations skills.

· Ability to organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
