This is a direct hire position with ConAgra Brands, a food production facility, in Troy Ohio. Below is all the information on the opportunity. This is an entry level opening so no past manufacturing experience is required but it is preferred.

Duration: Direct Hire (There is no temp or contract period)

Openings:

• 1st shift: 6am-4pm
• 2nd shift 2pm-12am
• 3rd shift: 10pm-6am
  • $1.00 shift differential
• Sanitation (3rd only)-$20.14 an hour and after 90 days $20.97
• Packaging - $18.44 an hour and after 90 days $19.28
• Raw Meat - $20.14 an hour and after 90 days $20.97

Work Environment:

• Since this is a food manufacturer it will 40 degrees year around in the facility

Schedules:

• Schedules you could be assigned to:
  • 7-5, 7-2 ex: on for 7 days, off for 5 days, on for 7, off for 2
  • 4-2, 3-2, 4-2, 3-1

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safety is the #1 responsibility.
  • Placing casings on horns.
  • Control weight, length and diameter of product.
  • Hanging or stacking stuffed product.
  • Dump and scrape out tubs of product
  • Equipment set-up and tear-down.
  • Control product quality.
  • Maintain efficiencies.
  • Abide by all plant GMPs and USDA guidelines.
  • Responsible for any other task / duty asked to undertake by supervisor.
