POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide support to the University of Saint Mary Division of Social and Behavioral Sciences.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain database and input data regarding graduate and undergraduate programs (accreditation data, licensure data, and other assessments)
• Generate reports based upon the data
• Assist department faculty in designing evaluation forms or surveys for division programs; input data and summarize results
• Post materials on Jenzabar or dedicated websites accessible to students, faculty, and/or accrediting agencies
• Assist in updating the program websites and social media websites
• Assist in updating and maintaining the database of curriculum holdings and generate appropriate reports
• Assist in record keeping for the licensure programs in the division
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must meet eligibility requirements for USM Graduate Assistantship program which includes acceptance into one of the USM graduate programs
• Proficient with Access and Excel software
• Ability to manage time well and complete various tasks independently and in partnership with professional staff
• Effective and position interpersonal skills
• Must be able to successfully pass required background screening as appropriate
• Affinity with the overall mission of the University of Sent Mary
