ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a Full Time ROTA Nanny for a three child family based in Nashville.

Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but is not limited to):
- Full time care for three children under the age of 5
- Prepping for school, school drop off/ pick up, transport to activities and lessons, helping with homework, providing snacks, etc
- Planning age appropriate play, development and enrichment activities while providing excellent care
- Creating systems for rewarding positive behavior (working in tandem with parents and co-nanny)
- Knowing when to “step in” and “step out”
- Setting boundaries with the children and enforcing them in a loving but firm way
- Kids Laundry
- Organizing Kids spaces
- Tidying of kids rooms and areas throughout the home
- Packing and Unpacking for Travel
- Frequent travel with the family
Skills/Experience/Education
- Prior experience working with children is required (a degree in Education is a bonus!)
- Current certifications in child CPR and First Aid
- Must have a clean driving record a
- Adaptable in a variety of situations
- Ideal Candidate embodies and models patience, responsibility, kindness, love, empathy, and compassion. They should also be reliable, engaging, caring and FUN!
- Flexibility is key as schedules can sometimes shift
This is a Live OUT position, one week on, one week off (Monday-Sunday).
Nanny car is provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
