Looking to hire an experienced executive housekeeper for a family located in Boca Grande, FL (West Coast of Florida Near Fort Myers). Home is currently under construction (5k sq ft --7 bedrooms, 7 ½ bathrooms) and family is looking for the candidate to start in January. Schedule will average 35 to 40 hours per week with coverage needed from 9am to 4pm. There are also two cleaners who come on a weekly basis to perform deep cleaning.

This is a full-time position. The family travels during the summer to their home in the North East, however they do not require travel with them. Candidate is expected to look after the home in their absence.

The right person for this role has experience working in a fine home and is able to demonstrate skills in all aspects of common household cleaning and managing.

**Housing in the form of a separate apartment is provided. Located a few miles from the home.**

Job Duties:

• Daily housekeeping and general upkeep of the residence
• Vacuuming, mopping, polishing and floor care
• Dusting all surfaces throughout the home
• Making the bed. Tidying and straightening up the bedrooms. Ensuring areas are organized and things are put in the right place
• Bathroom care. Refreshing towels & robes. Cleaning the mirror, counter tops, cabinets etc.
• Knowledge of different surfaces and their proper care (Marble, stainless steel etc.)
• Laundry and Ironing. Pressing linens. Wardrobe care and organization. Care for high end clothing (Dry cleaners etc.), Shoe care
• Monitor inventory & groceries. Ensure that the home is fully stocked. Organizing kitchen cabinets, fridge and pantries. Check for expired dates on items.
• Receive packages.
• Occasionally help with dinner (set up and cleanup etc.)
• Perform errands as needed
• All other housekeeping related duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years long term housekeeping experience
• Verifiable references
• Detail oriented. Independent worker

Compensation and Benefits – $65k to $75k per year. 2 weeks PTO & Holiday pay. Health, Vision & Life insurance. Year-end bonus.
