Trinity Wellness Center, P.C. in Highland Village is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person to join our team. We are a natural healing clinic that supports and treats patients of all ages, with or without pain or illness. Job responsibilities include:

-Front desk (greeting patients) / patient flow coordinator

-Collecting patient payments

-Scheduling and appointment follow up

-Answering phones

-General office responsibilities

You will receive extensive training to help support other team members as needed. Medical or other office experience helps but none is necessary.

Position is full-time, 38-40 hours a week. * The hours are approximately:

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am to 6:30pm (with a 1 to 1 ½ hour lunch break)

- Wednesday 1:30 to 7pm

- Friday and Saturday 8:30am to 1pm

We are closed one Saturday monthly and come in that Wednesday morning for a staff meeting.

* We will consider a job share of two candidates, part-time with 8:30-1:30 or 1:30-close shifts.
