Job Type: Temporary Full-Time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Location: Charleston

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shifts: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Summary:

Our Day Porter Cleaning Associate need to patrol high traffic areas for cleanliness, restock and spot clean restrooms, interact with customers, handle special requests, detail cleaning, etc ... This is a highly visible job that requires excellent communication, courteous, proactive, and professional cleaning skills and experience. This person is the face of IFS Group during business hours and will be seen by all employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Attendance and being on time are a must
• Check on all properties to ensure cleaning equipment is in working order and maintained
• Proper use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors; dusts, polishes, and cleans.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Removes trash, places in dumpsters, and replaces liners.
• Cleaning glass and walls
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities, while minimize waste within all areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• removing trash on the outside grounds of the facility
