Job description

A manufactured home community in Wichita, KS has an opening for a full time Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, including involvement with multiple residential properties, be highly organized, and have strong oral, written communication and computer skills. Applicants will should also share in our vision of excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries

· Collection of reports

· Assists with preparation of tenant notification letters i.e. 7 day notices and contact information forms

· Obtain bids for property maintenance as well as repairs to community common areas

· Maintain accurate resident records in property management software and resident files

· Assist with review and process property invoices

· Assist with the collections and accounts receivables process

Skills:

• Must have a dynamic and outgoing personality
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Reliable personal transportation
• Highly organized with an aptitude for sales
• Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of people
• Experience with Rent Manager a plus

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
