JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for coordinating the activities involved in processing all fulfillment orders (Retail/Direct/Wholesale/Airport/AAFES) all why maintaining company metrics regarding quality/on-time performance/efficiency and safety. This position will coordinate with appropriate departments for store launches, special events, product information/status, returns, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Coordinates and monitors work flow, making changes in personnel assignments as needed to ensure goals are met for all fulfillment orders (Retail/Direct/Wholesale/Airport/AAFES).
• Performs and trains personnel to perform Oracle transactions for Wholesale/Airports/AAFES orders.
• Ensures that the established transactional methodologies/fulfillment processes are being followed through consistently.
• Analyzes, reconciles and resolves inventory/order discrepancies and ascertains the root cause of the issue. When necessary, develops training materials to minimize errors in the future or recommends ERP enhancements for consideration by Distribution management and IT Oracle Business Analysts.
• Monitors inventory of wholesale packaging supplies.
• Maintains good communication (oral/written) both inside and outside the department.
• Maintains positive morale within the team while fostering a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
• Keeps management informed of distribution process issues, employee concerns and supply/equipment needs as they relate to the fulfillment of orders.
• Coordinate and oversee process of all Wholesale returns.
• Assists in other areas as assigned by Distribution management

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Computer Skills - Proficient in the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Proficient in Oracle or other ERP systems (Inventory Transactions).
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
