Job description
TDB Communications is seeking full-time Entrance Screeners to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Every day, TDB Entrance Screeners are entrusted to serve our most vulnerable communities by screening visitors to facilities that house medically at-risk patients.
We are looking for candidates who can help us screen those visitors to protect those patients' health and interact with the public in a way that is thoughtful, caring, and open. To prepare you for this role, TDB provides paid training as well as the appropriate personal protective equipment.
This is a full-time position for several shifts. The shifts available are:
7:00pm to 7:00am 2 days during the work week, and
8 hour shifts to be rotated between first, second, and third shift on Saturday and Sunday.
Duties:
You will welcome individuals arriving at a medical facility at designated check-points, and will ask the individual a series of questions to determine whether they will be allowed access to the facility.
Pay and Benefits:
Base rate $15.24/hr

Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Must be able to wear a surgical mask and protective goggles for extended periods
Must be able to speak and read English fluently
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be friendly, personable and empathetic
Ability to work as a member of a team
