Front Office & Customer Service Rep Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage designer's appointment calendars
• Greet visitors and provide assistance
• Deliver support for office staff, sales team and production/installation department
• General office duties as needed
• Working knowledge of computers
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic
• Reliable, punctual with a good work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
