We are looking for a competent front office receptionist who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. The perfect candidate must have a positive attitude, strong work ethics, friendly, and efficient. No experience is necessary, we will train the right candidate. Our office is open Monday-Tuesday 8am-6pm and Wednesday-Thursday 8am-5pm. This is a part-time/full-time position with 401k matching, employee discount, paid time off, and retirement plan. We are hiring immediately!

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the dental office
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Present treatment to patients
• Confirm patient appointments

Requirements:

• High school diploma

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
