Front Office Administrative Assistant
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a warm personality for a Receptionist/ Administrative assistant in a busy automotive repair facility located minutes from Canton. Our desired candidate will be someone who is reliable, outgoing, helpful, polite, professional and can think on their feet! Must have a positive attitude, good people skills, computer experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle fast paced work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving customers in a polite and courteous manner.
- Interacting with customers, staff, vendors and insurers in a professional manner.
- Confirming appointments and scanning customer information into the computer system.
- Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receiving, logging and conveying messages in writing and verbally
- Filing and maintenance of electronic records (scanning)
- Supporting other staff members as needed
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to switch seamlessly between multiple tasks
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of computers
- Excellent time management skills
- Fast learner
- Cheerful and friendly
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: * High school or equivalent
- Previous office experience is desirable
- Automotive or insurance experience is a plus
- References required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
