Center City Cosmetic Surgery Practice is seeking to hire administrative Staff for front desk duties.
Location: 16th and Walnut in Philadelphia, PA. (Not Remote)
Full time: 32+ hours
NO DEGREE REQUIRED
WE DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE SO NO INSURANCE ASSOCIATED DUTIES
Ideal candidate has upbeat personality, friendly, eager to learn new skills, positive and well organized PROBLEM SOLVER.

Good Sales and communication skills is expected.

Pay starts at $17/hour. Up to $20/hour based on experience or bilingual (Spanish) applicants receive $20/hour.
Essential Tasks
- Answering phone calls and inquiries from patients, providers, and reps
- Answering social media
- Checking company texts and emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Provide direct support to the Team
- Collecting fees
- Checking Financials
- Confirming appointment
- Answering general questions
Skills
- Must always come to work in an upbeat and positive attitude
- Multitasking and strong attention to detail
- MUST be a team player and willing to learn
- Organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks is required
- Comfortable learning and using multiple online programs
- Must accept to be accountable, learn and grow with experiences
Minimum Qualifications
- SOLUTION DRIVEN and not problem focused.
- Must be a high energy, well presentable, respectful and joyful personality
- MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE
- Must be a problem solver and work independently after training.
- Must speak English and Spanish
