Front Desk Representative
Job description
We are Seeking an front desk representative to join our sleep medicine private practice located in Prescott valley, Arizona. We are a full service sleep clinic.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, independent and able to multi-task.
Job responsibilities:
Verify insurance coverage
Collect past due balances and copayments and co-pays upon checking in.
Answer phones and relay messages
Confirming appointments
Input/ update patient information, including insurance
Qualifications:
1yr medical office experience (preferred)
1yr customer service experience (preferred)
Experience with EMR (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detailed oriented
Positive attitude that welcomes teamwork
Timeliness and dependability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
