Our company is looking for qualified individuals to fill our open front desk receptionist position. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking in guests, and directing guest to the appropriate areas of the facility. We require individuals who are experienced in working with the public and can multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to phone calls from customers.
- Provide designated service to customers.
- Answer questions regarding products or services.
- Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Monitor and respond to customer needs.
- Facilitate interactions between customers, members, employees, and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
