Front Desk Receptionist
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Receptionist for our Denver-Cherry Creek, CO office; to ensure that we continue to help patients take back their life through high quality and efficient care. The primary role as a Receptionist is to support our patients by extending a warm welcome, addressing questions or concerns, and creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Job: Full-time (Shortened Week)
Location: Denver-Cherry Creek, CO
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
Office Hours: Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm

Daily Responsibilities
  • Connect with patients through meaningful conversations.
  • Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
  • Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
  • Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time experience in a reception or high-volume customer service industry.
