Front Desk Receptionist
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Receptionist for our Denver-Cherry Creek, CO office; to ensure that we continue to
help patients take back their life through high quality and efficient care. The primary role as a Receptionist is to support our patients by extending a warm welcome, addressing questions or concerns, and creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Office Hours:
Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm

Daily Responsibilities
- Connect with patients through meaningful conversations.
- Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
- Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
- Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of full-time experience in a reception or high-volume customer service industry.
