Our law firm is seeking a dedicated full-time receptionist for our Enterprise, Alabama office. The receptionist primary role will be to handle incoming calls and assist clients with appointments and scheduling for multiple offices and transferring calls.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• answer multi-line phone system, screen and direct calls
• take and document case information
• provide information to callers
• greet persons entering organization
• direct persons to correct destination
• deal with queries from the public and customers
• ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• general administrative and clerical support
• prepare letters and documents
• receive and sort mail and deliveries
• schedule & maintain appointments electronically
• tidy and maintain the reception & break area

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
