Looking for Front desk Receptionist/Client Relationship Specialist, experience with client interaction. Experience working at the front desk as a greeter. Able to multitask. Great communication skills. Friendly personality. Enjoys working with people. Training will be provided Work Hours - 8:30 am - 5pm EST

Responsible

  • Handling customer/client/contra calls, opening new accounts, updating existing accounts, customer correspondence, transfer of accounts, wired funds, foreign currency conversion, received/issued checks and stock certificates.
  • Requires previous customer service and data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be articulate, have pleasant telephone manner and excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Flexibility is a key aspect of this role and must be equally comfortable with direct client interaction as well as having the ability to network, research and resolve client operational issues.
  • General PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualification:

  • Should be quick learner
  • Adapt quickly to the company’s systems – training will be provided for 4 -5 different systems being used for this role.
  • Helpful friendly personality
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to Multitask
  • Will be sitting in the lobby/front desk at the Ann Arbor, MI office – greeting clients, deposit checks, help explain digital app of the website to the clients and help with any queries, doubts and so on.
  • Ability to handle upset clients with ease.
  • Assist a team of financial Analysts with their basic needs.
  • Financial services background is a plus to be able to understand the lingo well.
  • Basic computer skills (nothing extensive) – MS office – word, excel and outlook.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
