The Naderi Center for Plastic Surgery & Dermatology is seeking to hire an administrative assistant for our busy cosmetic surgery practice to assist our front desk team. Great opportunity for future PA- nursing and medical students. If interested we can train as a medical assistant once you have mastered the duties of the front desk.

Responsibilities will include

1) answering phones and scheduling

2) obtain medical clearances and laboratory results

3) billing

4) assist with ordering supplies

5) assist with patient correspondence

6) obtaining insurance benefits

7) manage front desk space
