The Front Desk Receptionist is a key member of the Neurological Center of New York team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, processing patients' payments and directing calls to the appropriate staff. Prior experience working at a front desk or in a customer service environment is required, as is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office setting. Our Front Desk Receptionists are dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping our patients, so we are seeking individuals with great organization skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions concerning neurology.
- Prepare customer forms.
- Schedule appointments.
- Time patients according to the schedule book.
- Maintain inventories of office supplies and equipment.
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
