WAGE RANGE for the front desk department at this hotel is $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, dependent upon skills, experience, longevity, position, etc.

We're looking for a strong, yet personable supervisor for our hotel front desk staff. The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years experience as a front desk clerk/agent, plus experience managing a front desk department. Our supervisor will report to the hotel GM and will be responsible for scheduling, training, and handling our front desk staff on a daily basis. Hiring will be done with approval by the GM. Front Desk Supervisors are personable as they must be able to interact with their front desk staff, staff from other hotel departments, including department heads, hotel upper management and ownership, and especially important, they must be able to work well with guests. We anticipate this to be a full time position which will also include some time working the front desk of the hotel. Computer literacy is a must; previous branded hotel work as a front desk clerk and/or front desk supervisor is a strong plus. This position is full time and will include working weekends and most holidays.
