Job description

We are currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator! Home Health Agency seeks a full-time Front Desk Coordinator (fluent in English & Spanish preferred).

The candidate would work closely with adult clients.Front/Back Office duties include scheduling appointments and coordinating service.

Working in a fast-paced environment and having good customer service skills are necessary. Experience coordinating administrative functions required to process initial and internal referrals, intake scheduling, and overall administrative support for the Admissions Department.

Skills / Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail).
  • Full-Time position
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
  • Customer service ability is a must.
  • Familiar/experience in working with adults.
