As a Front Desk Attendant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checking guests in and out each day
- Taking reservations over the phone and on occasion, walk-ins
- Acting as concierge to assist with guest questions about town and local events
- Communicating between departments about guest requests and activity
- Keeping lobby and common spaces stocked and tidy as needed
