We are seeking a full-time motivated, friendly and professional individual to interact with patients on a daily basis at our front desk. Someone who is good at problem-solving, a great communicator with excellent customer service skills and someone who is eager to learn and grow!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate our busy schedule by providing a high level of customer service
- Greet every patient that enters the practice
- Confirm appointments
- Answer phones
- Manage our total patient relationship management and live chat software
- Manage patient letters/cards
- Maintain reception area
- Manage office email
Dental experience and knowledge of dental software is preferred.
