We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, high energy individual to fill our front desk agent position at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Brooklyn Center!

This individual must be comfortable in customer service and prioritize finding creative solutions to leave a lasting, positive impression of our property in the eyes of our guests. In Addition, they must be able to work independently and will be empowered to provide service in a unique way that fits your personality.

Familiarity with computers is needed as well as phone etiquette. You will be tasked with making reservations, responding to guest needs, being a motivated member of the hotel team, and making sure our guests are 100% satisfied with their stay. Prior experience in role is highly preferred but not required.

Must be available for weekday and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear a facemask, there are dividers at your front desk stations as well as routine cleaning of all surfaces and public areas. We have increased the number of hand sanitizer stations as well and mandatory COVID training.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
