KIT Custom HomeBuilders is now hiring construction framers with any level of experience for various departments at our Production Plant in Caldwell, Idaho. These are full-time positions scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 – 5:30 p.m. Hourly wage starts from $20.00 per hour (plus overtime), dependent on experience.

- Must have some previous construction framing experience. Please list this experience on your application.
- Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
