Details:

Shift Days/Hours:

• 1st Shift: 7am–5:30 pm / Mon–Thurs (Four 10-hour workdays)
• 2nd Shift: 5:15pm–3:45am / Mon–Thurs (Four 10-hour workdays)

Pay:

• 1st Shift: Up to $17/hr, Based on job duties and experience.
• 2nd Shift: Up to up to $19.50 including shift differential. Based on job duties and experience.
• Weekend Overtime payrate: Time and a half

Fork Truck Operator Job Duties:

• Perform pre-operation inspection / conduct PM as required
• Loads and unloads product from trucks.
• Transports materials to and from outside storage areas.
• Stacks materials and finished products .
• Places materials and finished products into storage racks.
• Delivers requisitioned materials to assembly areas.
• Transports trash from various locations throughout plant and delivers it to the proper location.
• Assists in the breaking down and restacking of pallets on receipt, when necessary.
• Performs daily pre-start check of forklift and completes check list form.

Roll Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Perform pre-operation inspection of Machine / conduct PM as required
• Initiate machine start-up in proper sequence
• Inspect plate for defects / anomalies
• Insure plate is properly introduced to roll machine
• Roll steel sheets into required size, within close tolerances.
• Frequently monitor roll process and make precise measurement to insure quality standards.
• Maintain area free of debris

CNC Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Perform pre-operation inspection of machine
• Conduct preventative maintenance, as required
• Ensure compressed gas levels meet operational requirements
• Initiate machine start-up in proper sequence
• Inspect plate for defects / anomalies
• Verify plate specifications against cut sheet
• Schedule plate cutting sizes to coincide with fit-up unit requirements for building specific pipe
• Use Hypertherm ProNest software (or similar) and CNC interface
• Program machine for specific cutting operations
• Cut plate to required dimensions and specifications (i.e., bevel, land, etc.) using knowledge of plasma cutting dynamics
• Maintain fire prevention standards
• Maintain debris tray and clean, as required
• Discard excess materials to recycling bin
• Initiate machine shut down
