Job description
- Direct supervision of crew members and subcontractors on site
- Schedule labor, equipment, inspections, and materials for your project
- Calculate elevations, slopes, and material quantities
- Load trucks, excavate foundation cuts, cut site grades
- Knowledge of trench boxes and shoring
- Install side sewers, drainage, and utilities
- Read and understand blueprints
Pay Rates by Position
- Foreman $35-$45 per Hour
- Operator $30-$40 per Hour
- Pipe Layer $25-$35 per Hour
- Laborer $20-$30 per Hour
