Description/Overview:
Performs all duties where assigned in store, grill, and guest service activities
Detailed Objectives/Responsibilities:

- Customer Service
- Serve customers in a kind and professional manner
- Follow PV Personnel Policies and safety regulations
- Document all inappropriate customer conversations, issues, complaints and problems
2 –Food and Merchandise
- Apply FIFO Rotation:
- Unload and put away all ordered food items for store and grill
- Unload and put away all ordered all merchandise for store
- Maintain inventory records of all food and merchandise
- Food Holding and Cooking:
- Maintain proper temperatures of all food holding equipment
- Maintain proper temperatures of all cooking equipment
- Cleaning:
- Follow cleaning routines for all store and grill areas and equipment
3 – Deep Cleaning
- Rotate and organize all items for the stores and grill
- Wipe down and organize all shelves in the stores and grill
- Wipe down all tables, benches, shelves, games, etc.
- Wash windows
- Logistics Assistance
- Assists staff in all PV departments as requested such as moving furniture, setup/tear down of
- recreation activities, Board meetings, loading/unloading and storing supplies, etc
5 - Miscellaneous Responsibilities
- Sell Mini Golf Passes
- Sell Activity Passes
