Job Summary:

We are looking for hard-working, experienced, and friendly Flow Rider Instructor with a desire to provide outstanding customer service to join our team. Ideal candidates must be able to instruct various skill levels from beginners to experts.

Essential Job Functions (Flow Rider Instructor):

• Responsible for the daily operation and safety of the Flow Rider.
• Provide excellent customer service and instruction.
• Interact with various types of customers from adults to children and their parents.
• Provide and fun and safe experience for Flow Rider customers.

Requirements:

• Have instruction, coaching or teaching experience.
• Proficiency in board sports (skimming, surfing, skateboarding, etc.).
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours and have the upper body strength to assist customers in body boarding and flow boarding.
• Ability to work in a wet environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be dependable when it comes to attendance and punctuality.
• Must love the beach!!!!
