Hours: 56 hours per pay period, every other weekend included - 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury.

Responsibilities: The Maintenance Assistant / Floor Care Tech performs floor care, carpet extractions, general housekeeping, and janitorial functions. Duties will include stripping, waxing, and buffing hard floors, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED desired.
Experience: One year floor care experience
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to understand, read, and speaks English Language
- Ability to maintain an effective and cooperative working relationship with other
- Ability to interact with the elderly and with other staff
- Ability to operate all floor care equipment
- Knowledge of chemicals to maintain carpet and hard flooring
- Knowledge of floor care best practices
