Flatlanders Farm and Home is currently seeking a Floor Associate to join our team. As a Floor Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by talking to customers, answering calls, and assisting with various tasks at the location.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
• Assist with stocking and maintaining merchandise displays
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required
