Position Summary:
This role is used by our Design and Technical Design teams to check the fit, drape and visual appearance of a design on a person to act as a live mannequin.

This role requires body-specific criteria matching the desired proportion and measurement specifications for a Size Small. As a fit model for Aerie and Offline, you will try on bras, bralettes, underwear, legging, swimwear & apparel.

Responsibilities:

  • React to and provide feedback on garment fit, feel, and construction to Technical Designers, Design partners, etc.
  • Must be able to maintain standard Aerie-specific fit model body measurements at all times.
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time in fittings.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and for long hours.
  • Must be professional, enthusiastic and confident; must work well others in a team environment.
  • Must be flexible, dependable, reliable, hardworking and capable of taking direction.
  • Wear-test garments upon request
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment, which will require working in person/in-office for a portion or all of a week based on the needs of the business - work centralized around product development, milestone meetings, fittings, and approvals.
  • Domestic & International travel as requested.

  • Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
