Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual processes for commercial forecasts, strategic plans, and margin management. Critically evaluate and drive continuous improvements and enhancements to these processes.
  • Convert complex financial data into impactful insights; build financial models, analyze latest trends and initiatives, and perform ad-hoc modelling as required.
  • Coordinate with regional finance leads to develop consolidated views of forecasts and results.
  • Serve as the lead liaison to the Aerial Work Platforms Central FP&A team.
  • Manage projects and process improvements across a cross-functional / global organization.
  • Develop insightful models with value drivers and design innovative analytical reporting tools for decision making.
  • Share best practices with the global finance team.
  • Assist in key strategic projects and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in finance with a demonstrated ability to partner with functional and business leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar field. M.B.A. preferred.
  • Project management skills and the ability to work across a cross-functional, global organization and to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills with the proven ability to analyze and present data in a compelling and intuitive format to senior finance and non-finance leadership.
  • Working understanding of internal controls, SOX requirements.
  • Highly proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint and other office tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools. Oracle and OneStream experience preferred.
  • Experience reporting within complex legal entity / multi-currency reporting structures.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and leverage positive business relationships.
  • Self-motivated and can work with little direction on ambiguous assignments.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional approach that upholds Terex Way Values.
  • People management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with manufacturing or commercial finance preferred.
