Job description

Reporting to and collaborating with the Assistant Vice Chancellor, Financial Affairs, and the Finance Area Lead for the Workday implementation, this position serves as the workstream lead for the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning functionality as part of USNH’s system wide Enterprise Resource Planning program implementation. This position will be a key member of the Program implementation Team and the University System-wide Finance Team.

This individual will partner with the selected software implementation partner to architect, design, configure and test the Workday Adaptive Planning functionality to meet the needs of the organization and develop business processes that will utilize both quantitative and qualitative analyses for operational aspects of the organization to evaluate the organization’s progress toward achieving its goals.

This individual will play a critical role in considering economic and business trends, reviewing past performance, and anticipating potential issues, with the goal of forecasting the entity’s future financial results.

This individual will work collaboratively with the finance and implementation teams as well as cross-functionally with departments across the University System of New Hampshire.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7-10 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience with Workday Finance and the Workday Adaptive Planning functionality
• Experience implementing Enterprise Resource Planning software in complex organizations
• Experience with change management and/or recent organizational redesigns
• Experience operating or leading in a Shared Services support model
• Experience working for a higher-education organization
• Experience working for a tax-exempt organization
• Credentials for finance (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, Chartered Management Accountant) or law/policy (e.g., JD or LLB)

Pay: $101,970.00 - $130,200.00 per year
