  • (Incoming Warehouse) Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
  • (Final Function Test) Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
  • (MRB Designation) Inspects non-conforming parts from the production floor and designates them for Scrap, Rework or Vendor Return. After designation follow up with rework, returns or discarding scrap.
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database.
  • Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calibration requirements, and calling for repairs.
  • May help in Warehouse daily activities as need and time allow

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience with basic measuring devices such as multimeters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other tools
  • One to two years’ quality inspector experience
