DCI Job Requirement for:

AFCENT Field Support Representative

Location: Shaw AFB, SC

Job Description:

• Serves as a Field Support Representative
• Uses DoD Functional Domain background and knowledge to:
• Translate technical information into non-technical terms
• Understand and optimize user experience
• Conduct formal and informal training sessions
• Collaborates with all levels of leadership (including Executive Level, 3&4-Star Generals)
• Builds relationship with Government Customer
• Builds training products to practice and optimize operational use cases
• Provides guidance and support for operators
• Serves as liaison between operational user and engineering teams
• Train users during high-tempo operations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Field Support Representative experience
• 3+ years of experience with the following:
• J2, J3, Intel and Air Operations (planning or executing)
• Managed Security Services (MSS)
• Training users during high-tempo operations
• Geospatial based mapping tools
• Battle Command systems and Tactical Data Links
• Targeting
• Fires workflows
• Knowledge of intelligence integration into operations
• Willingness to conduct CONUS TDYS.

Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000

• briefing Flag Officers: 3 years (Preferred)
• J2 and J3 Operations: 3 years (Preferred)
• Tactical Data Links: 3 years (Preferred)
• Fires operations: 3 years (Preferred)
• FSR: 5 years (Preferred)
• AOC, JOC, or MOC: 3 years (Preferred)
• Conventional Operations: 5 years (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Top Secret (Required)
