Job Description

Deploy video management, access control, and situational awareness solutions and provide support to customers in aviation and transportation market segments across the United States. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Comprehensive on-the-job training and support, as well as product certification training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support of video management, access control and situational awareness solutions at customer sites.

• Training customers in the use and maintenance of the deployed products.

• Answering telephone inquiries regarding product operation, maintenance, and applications.

• Writing field visit and customer inquiry reports.

• Other tasks and projects as assigned by the management from time to time.

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, General Engineering Systems or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Familiarity with communications networks, IT systems and physical security systems.

• Knowledge of and experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft SQL database administration, configuration and troubleshooting is a plus.

• 0-2 years of experience in technical customer focused/field service position.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

• Computer programming experience.

• CCNA certification

• MSCE certification

• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,009.44 - $60,000.00 per year
